The Latin term “fiat” roughly translates to “there shall be”. When we refer to fiat money, we are referring to money that exists because the government declares it into existence. It is not based on production or earnings, and not backed by any commodity. It is solely based on trusting the government. Fiat money is exchanged in the economy as long as there is faith in the government that issues it.

Some are blaming the recent shakeup in the markets to “whining” or financial fear-mongering, which misses the whole point. History has shown that fiat money, or “faith-based currency” always fails, because when governments claim this power, they always behave irresponsibly.

When government has the ability to create and spend all the money it wants, priorities shift, and the concept of budgeting, as most Americans know it, loses all meaning. Hand a teenager a credit card, and tell him there is no limit and no accountability for what he spends, and the effect would be the same. You see, this problem is not unique to our government. It is a predictable outcome based on human nature, and we’ve seen variations of what we are experiencing now happen over and over throughout history. I didn’t have a crystal ball or a fortune teller when I predicted this 3, 7, or even 30 years ago. Actions have logical consequences. The government becomes the reckless teenager with the credit card, and in the end, the taxpaying citizens get the bill. What happens after that is never pretty.

This is why our founding fathers considered, but decidedly rejected the creation of a national central bank. They understood that governments, even the best of governments, cannot control spending. Even the current administration, which promised strict fiscal responsibility, has had to increase the national debt limit by 65 percent to keep up with its spending sprees. Every dollar created and spent by government makes the dollars in your pocket worth less and less. Eventually any currency controlled by government will be debased to worthlessness, and will wipe out the savings of the citizens who put faith in that currency.

Hard currencies, on the other hand, force governments to remain in check, strictly limited to the revenues they can raise from the country’s economic health. This is also an incentive for government to stay out of the way of productivity. The hyper-regulation in today’s economy demonstrates that this is no longer the case. What does it matter if the economy is crippled and the tax-base eroded, if government can create whatever dollars they need to keep the special interests happy?

We have been building economic castles on the sand, and the tide is coming in. The answer is not to bring in more sand, but to move to more solid foundation.

So yes, it is true that many are complaining about our economic trouble, but our economic trouble is not caused by their complaining. Many are being forced to wake up to the predictable troubles associated with faith-based currency. As more people notice the hardships, more will lose faith.

We are long overdue for a course correction and I can only hope that this awakening translates to a solid approach to currency reform.

Free republics are not known to have long life expectancies. At the ripe old age of two hundred and thirty-two, America is definitely showing her age. She is long past her prime, and some are predicting her demise. No, some are PLANNING her demise.

Thomas Jefferson and the other founders of this once-great country believed there was a controlling cabal that was crafting America’s servitude. With the assistance of Heaven, they decided to fight those forces. Pastors fought with fiery sermons from the pulpit; newsmen fought with the power of the pen; statesmen fought in the halls of Congress; and merchants fought with the sacrifice of their material gain. Together, they lifted Lady Liberty to her feet and defeated the powers of darkness.

It took the global elite a long time to recover, but they have reemerged with a vengeance. They are now on the precipice of accomplishing what their great granddaddies failed to do: bring the “Liberty or Death” colonists under their power and control.

Sadly, we no longer have the will to resist servitude. Our pulpits are too busy preaching a prosperity gospel; newsmen are in bed with the forces they once disdained; statesmen have been replaced with opportunistic, self-serving politicians; and merchants know no god but money. Hence, it is left to a small–and I mean very small–remnant to sound the clarion call for freedom and independence. Unfortunately, few seem to be listening to their cries.

2010 seems to be a banner year for these designers of despotism. That is the target year for the implementation of the North American Community, which will commercially unite the United States with Canada and Mexico. The global elite suffered a minor setback when the U.S. Senate failed to pass the Bush/McCain/Kennedy/Graham amnesty-for-illegal-aliens bill. But if you think that John Mccain is going to let that bill lie on the floor of defeat, you don’t understand these people. Should McCain become President, He will do everything he can to implement some kind of amnesty law. Barack Obama will do the same. The reason? It is essential to the designers of despotism that our borders be eliminated.

Yes, I am saying it: George W. Bush, John McCain, and Barack Obama are part of the global elite that seeks America’s entrance into an international New World Order. In fact, neither Presidential candidate from the two major parties will offer any resistance to this obstinate and oppressive oligarchy.

Perhaps one day the American people will wake up and realize that they are being led as sheep to the slaughter. I’m just not sure that it will be soon enough, however. 2010 is just around the corner.

There seems to be only one obstacle standing in the way of the globalists: America’s citizens are the most heavily armed people in the world. That fact must surely stick in the throats of the globalists like a chicken bone.

Thank God that America’s founders put the Second Amendment in the Constitution. Without America’s deep-rooted commitment to the right of the people to keep and bear arms, we would have been sold into slavery decades ago.

Without the intellectual understanding of the principles of freedom and the moral resolve to maintain those principles, however, guns, by themselves, will only protect us for so long. In the end, our strength and protection come from God, and not too many people these days seem to be interested in His opinion.

Lady Liberty is walking very gingerly these days, and the path she treads is laden with traps and quicksand. The globalists have their handpicked puppets positioned to take up where The Three Amigos (George Bush I, Bill Clinton, and George Bush II) have left off. The pieces of the puzzle are almost all in place. 2010 just might be the year that Lady Liberty lowers her torch, folds her arms, and falls fast asleep.

For what it is worth, however, I pledge no loyalty to this emerging New World Order. Neither will I let Lady Liberty die without a fight. I will say it again: the battle today is not between conservatives and liberals or Republicans and Democrats. It is a battle between Americans and globalists. And, Ladies and Gentlemen, I am an American!

By the implementation of changes as set forth in the Federal Register, April 16, 2008, regarding “Definition of Service in the Republic of Vietnam,” for the purpose of clarifying eligibility for presumption of exposure to herbicides status, the DVA very clearly states and reiterates its stance that “38 CFR 2.307(e)(6)(iii) does not provide a presumption of herbicide exposure to a Vietnam Era veteran who never set foot on land in the Republic of Vietnam and did not service on its inland waterways.” What this action accomplishes, in addition to the relationship to herbicide exposure, is a re-designation of all veterans into two clearly distinct categories: Vietnam War veterans and Vietnam Era veterans. The VA is careful to keep this distinction of Vietnam Era veterans when referring to veterans who “never set foot on land in the Republic of Vietnam.”
This re-writing of history began at least 4 years ago and can be seen quite clearly in a presentation made by Dan Brown, Director of the Environmental Agents Service, in November, 2004 in the “Science for Judges” Symposium, held annually at Brooklyn Law School. In that presentation, Brown says that those veterans not covered by the Agent Orange Act of 1991 are “non-Vietnam veterans” and “non-Vietnam War veterans.” These are not typographical errors on the part of the VA. They are well thought out titles developed in their new emphasis on who is covered by the Agent Orange Act and who is not. They are titles meant to separate “boots-on-the-ground veterans” (often referred to as in-country veterans) from all other Armed Forces participants in that Southeast Asian War. Read this carefully. It is the creation of a very well-defined rift, a division, within the ranks of Vietnam War veterans. It is part of a campaign to “divide and conquer” which will have immense negative impact on these veterans as well as all present and future veterans. It gives the DVA the power to segment groups of veterans for the purpose of withholding or bestowing VA benefits on selected groups from any current or future armed conflict.
All aircraft pilots who flew off aircraft carriers during the time of the Vietnam War, as stipulated by the DVA to be January 9, 1962 to May 7, 1975, are therefore Vietnam Era veterans, as they are all Blue Water Navy veterans. They are also non-Vietnam War veterans. All jet fighter pilots who may have flown in the “airspace above” the Republic of Vietnam, or above North Vietnam or any of the surrounding countries, are also exempt from herbicide coverage and therefore are titled Vietnam Era veterans. Furthermore, all US Navy pilots who were shot down over North Vietnam, who landed by parachute in North Vietnam, and were not fortunate to have landed in the Republic of Vietnam, fall under this re-written definition of Vietnam Era veterans. A pilot from an aircraft carrier who became a POW and was kept in captivity anywhere but on the soil of the Republic of Vietnam, is now officially referred to as non-Vietnam War veterans. All POWs who spent time in the prison called the Hanoi Hilton, or any other place not located in South Vietnam, receive this new title as well.
John McCain, Jim Stockdale and all others in this predicament have been re-classified by the Department of Veterans Affairs as Vietnam Era veterans. Public reference to them as Vietnam War veterans is incorrect, per the new re-written history presented by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our Presidential Candidate should no longer refer to himself as a veteran of the Vietnam War. This title is being stripped from him by the DVA. And just imagine the embarrassment of having to remove names chiseled in the stone the Vietnam Memorial Wall.

Oil Executives Try to Educate Senate Democrats,
But Democrats Appear Hopeless
Earlier today, the Senate Judiciary Committee summoned top executives from the petroleum industry for what Chairman Pat Leahy thought would be a politically profitable inquisition. Leahy and his comrades showed up ready to blame American oil companies for the high price of gasoline, but the event wasn’t as satisfactory as the
Democrats had hoped.The industry lineup was formidable:
Robert Malone, Chairman and President of BP America, Inc.;
John Hofmeister, President, Shell Oil Company;
Peter Robertson, Vice Chairman of the Board, Chevron Corporation;
John Lowe, Executive Vice President, Conoco Philips Company;
Stephen Simon, Senior Vice President, Exxon Mobil Corporation.
Not surprisingly, the petroleum executives stole the show, as they were far smarter, infinitely better informed, and much more public-spirited than the Senate Democrats.
One theme that emerged from the hearing was the surprisingly small role played by American oil companies in the global petroleum market. John Lowe pointed out:
I cannot overemphasize the access issue. Access to resources is severely restricted in the United States and abroad, and the American oil industry must compete with national oil companies who are often much larger and have the support of their governments. We can only compete directly for 7 percent of the world’s available reserves while about 75 percent is completely controlled by national oil companies and is not accessible. Stephen Simon amplified:
Exxon Mobil is the largest U.S. oil and gas company, but we account for only 2 percent of global energy production, only 3 percent of global oil production, only 6 percent of global refining capacity, and only 1 percent of global petroleum reserves. With respect to petroleum reserves, we rank 14th.
Government-owned national oil companies dominate the top spots. For an American company to succeed in this competitive landscape and go head to head with huge government-backed national oil companies, it needs financial strength and scale to execute massive complex energy projects requiring enormous long-term investments.
To simply maintain our current operations and make needed capital investments, Exxon Mobil spends nearly $1 billion each day.
Because foreign companies and governments control the overwhelming majority of the world’s oil, most of the
price you pay at the pump is the cost paid by the American oil company to acquire crude oil from someone else:
Last year, the average price in the United States of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was around $2.80. On average in 2007, approximately 58 percent of the price reflected the amount paid for crude oil. Consumers pay for
that crude oil, and so do we. Of the 2 million barrels per day Exxon Mobil refined in 2007 here in the United States,
90 percent were purchased from others.
Another theme of the day’s testimony was that, if anyone is “gouging” consumers through the high price of gasoline, it is federal and state governments, not American oil companies. On the average, 15% percent of the cost of gasoline at the pump goes for taxes, while only 4% represents oil company profits. These figures were repeated several times, but, strangely, not a single Democratic Senator proposed relieving consumers’ anxieties about gas prices by reducing taxes. The last theme that was sounded repeatedly was Congress’s responsibility for the fact that American companies have access to so little petroleum. Shell’s John Hofmeister explained, eloquently:
While all oil-importing nations buy oil at global prices, some, notably India and China, subsidize the cost of oil
products to their nation’s consumers, feeding the demand for more oil despite record prices. They do this to speed economic growth and to ensure a competitive advantage relative to other nations. Meanwhile, in the United States, access to our own oil and gas resources has been limited for the last 30 years, prohibiting companies such as Shell from exploring and developing resources for the benefit of the American people.
Senator Sessions, I agree, it is not a free market. According to the Department of the Interior, 62 percent of all on-shore federal lands are off limits to oil and gas developments, with restrictions applying to 92 percent of all federal lands. We have an outer continental shelf moratorium on the Atlantic Ocean, an outer continental shelf moratorium on the Pacific Ocean, an outer continental shelf moratorium on the eastern Gulf of Mexico, congressional bans on on-shore oil and gas activities in specific areas of the Rockies and Alaska, and even a congressional ban on doing an analysis of the resource potential for oil and gas in the Atlantic, Pacific and eastern Gulf of Mexico.
The Argonne National Laboratory did a report in 2004 that identified 40 specific federal policy areas that halt,
limit, delay or restrict natural gas projects. I urge you to review it. It is a long list. If I may, I offer it today if you would like to include it in the record.
When many of these policies were implemented, oil was selling in the single digits, not the triple digits we see now. The cumulative effect of these policies has been to discourage U.S. investment and send U.S. companies outside
the United States to produce new supplies.
As a result, U.S. production has declined so much that nearly 60 percent of daily con sumption comes from foreign
sources.
The problem of access can be solved in this country by the same government that has prohibited it. Congress could have chosen to lift some or all of the current restrictions on exportation and production of oil and gas. Congress could
provide national policy to reverse the persistent decline of domestically secure natural resource development.
Later in the hearing, Senator Orrin Hatch walked Hofmeister
through the Democrats’ latest efforts to block energy independence:
HATCH: I want to get into that. In other words, we’re talking about Utah, Colorado and Wyoming. It’s fair to
say that they’re not considered part of America’s $22 billion of proven reserves.
HOFMEISTER: Not at all.
HATCH: No, but experts agree that there’s between 800 billion to almost 2 trillion barrels of oil that could be recoverable there, and that’s good oil, isn’t it?
HOFMEISTER: That’s correct.
HATCH: It could be recovered at somewhere between $30 and $40 a barrel?
HOFMEISTER: I think those costs are probably a bit dated now, based upon what we’ve seen in the inflation…
HATCH: Well, somewhere in that area.
HOFMEISTER: I don’t know what the exact cost would be, but, you know, if there is more supply, I think inflation
in the oil industry would be cracked. And we are facing severe inflation because of the limited amount of supply
against the demand.
HATCH: I guess what I’m saying, though, is that if we started to develop the oil shale in those three states we
could do it within this framework of over $100 a barrel and make a profit.
HOFMEISTER: I believe we could.
HATCH: And we could help our country alleviate its oil pressures.
HOFMEISTER: Yes.
HATCH: But they’re stopping us from doing that right here, as we sit here. We just had a hearing last week where
Democrats had stopped the ability to do that, in at least Colorado.
HOFMEISTER: Well, as I said in my opening statement, I think the public policy constraints on the supply side in
this country are a disservice to the American consumer. The committee’s Democrats attempted no response. They
know that they are largely responsible for the current high price of gasoline, and they want the price to rise eve n
further. Consequently, they have no intention of permitting the development of domestic oil and gas reserves that would both increase this country’s energy independence and give consumers a break from constantly increasing energy costs.

Every once in a while, Congressional hearings turn out to be informative.

It will be all over the radio talk and television shows for days to come. It’s being written about on blogs and websites and in the mainline press. Yes, it’s all about former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan’s book. He writes about the deception in the George W. Bush White House, but I ask, “So, what else is new?” Old snaggle-toothed Satan invented deception in the Garden of Eden, and Adam, would you believe, blamed the woman? Deception and blame have been around forever. (Rev. 12:7-9)

McClellan’s book What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington’s Culture of Deception has critics on both sides and all have come out swinging, lying and covering for their political friends. While some people are selling blood to buy gas, with the exception of a rare few, we have nearly all dipsticks in Washington, D.C.

Humanists believe everyone is basically good but our wise Founders knew better. They gave us a Constitution to put restraints on elected leaders of our Republic and as long as they stayed under the Constitution’s umbrella of protection and obeyed their oath of office, things would go well for our country. Ben Franklin said, “We’ve given you a Republic IF you can keep it.” The first great propaganda slogan for World War I was, “To make the world safe for democracy.” Deception. We should have been working to make the world safe FROM democracy! Author Arno Froese in his book, How Democracy Will Elect the Antichrist writes that it is striking to see that the Devil’s amazing master plan for deception is not only allowed by God, but even sealed by Him with the words: And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie because they continuously refuse to listen to the truth and reject the love of Christ. (2 Thes. 2:11)

Perhaps one of the biggest lies began in the mid-1800s with the Civil War. History books have been written indicating it was to free the slaves but in actuality, it was the beginning of centralized government. I wrote this article, “The Constitution Has Been Under Attack Since Lincoln” in July 2003. As you read it in 2008, you’ll see that it was rather prophetic and what Lincoln did was similar to what President George W. Bush did after 9-11 to “secure our safety” by taking away our liberties – more deception. Wasn’t it amazing how soon after the Oklahoma City bombing and the attack on the World Trade Center that the crime scenes were cleaned up and the evidence hauled away? More deception.

From the Civil War, let’s fast forward to February 3, 1913, when the 16th Amendment (IRS) to the U.S. Constitution was allegedly ratified - more deception. Astute historians digging through the Archives found that the required number of states never properly ratified it. The super rich have tax-free foundations, so the IRS became the incredible bread machine, collecting taxes primarily from the Middle Class workers, through force and making businesses become the tax collectors.

Also in that same year, we found that when many Congressmen and Senators had left Washington, D.C. for the Christmas holiday, the unconstitutional Federal Reserve was created and what has happened to our money since — we no longer have gold or silver to back up our paper money – INFLATION! Essentials such as food prices are skyrocketing and gasoline prices are out of control. We have had boom and bust times, all manipulated by the Federal Reserve — a small group of unelected individuals that work completely in seclusion. Whoever controls the purse strings has a great deal of political influence and great power to shape the thinking of the voting public.

While people are learning about the international banking cartel called the Federal Reserve, how many know it was German-born financier Paul Warburg, who more than anyone, was the Fed’s actual architect? He remarked to Edward Manell House, the omnipresent adviser to President Woodrow Wilson, “Well, it hasn’t got quite everything we want, but the lack can be adjusted later by administrative process.” The author of the article says, “Here we had a classic example of getting something on the books that could later be made quietly more powerful.”[1]

This caused me to remember a May 1986 conference in Portland, Oregon entitled, “Oregon’s Agenda for the 1990’s: Children Youth and Families.” and the Federalization of Children by gradual child abductions . At that conference, one person recommended their draft should be “purposely vague” so that people don’t pay attention to it and they can “write in what they want later” and they “wanted to write things in a way that the conservatives wouldn’t know what they were doing….” Deception!

On April 18, 1991, President George H.W. Bush announced his plan for AMERICA 2000, which would allow the federal government to play an even larger role in reforming public education, which had been especially failing the students since the creation of the centralized Department of Education under Democrat President Carter. It had been created at the behest of the National Education Association (N.E.A.) that is listed as a friend on the Communist Party USA’s website. Carter also delivered the environmentalists another unconstitutional agency called the Department of Energy.[2]

The government caused the problem in education and then they offer another failed solution.

Then along comes Bush Jr. with his “No Child Left Behind” and knowing full well the powerful N.E.A., with its paid lobbyists, fight to block the much needed genuine reforms. Educators have chosen quite consciously to de-emphasize the teaching of intellectual skills in favor of the inculcation of social awareness. Even Catherine Barrett, the former president of the N.E.A., stated in a March 1972 Saturday Review that “we will need to recognize that the so-called ‘basic skills,’ which currently represent nearly the total effort in elementary schools, will be taught in one-quarter of the school day.” The rest of the day is used for indoctrination – weaning the children from traditional Western values taught in their homes by most parents and moving away from retention of facts and teaching them to become more “tolerant” world citizens.

Dr. J. Gresham Machen of Princeton Theological Seminary testified before Congress on Feb. 25, 1926, opposing the creation of a Department of Education. This good man said that people are not like Ford cars — that they can be “standardized” and rolled off assembly lines and that the personal, free and individual character of education could not be preserved when we have a Federal Department laying down standards, which become more or less mandatory to the whole country. He felt it would be much easier to prevent the formation of some agency than it would be to try to destroy it after it is once formed.

Contrary to the drivel many conservative talk show hosts use for President Reagan’s election, one of the reasons he was elected was because he promised to eliminate the Department of Education. He not only allowed it to continue but he signed an education treaty with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev to merge the two education systems. Charlotte Iserbyt in her book The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America says the most important education agreements negotiated between The Carnegie Corporation and the Soviet Academy of Science, and those signed by President Reagan and Gorbachev in 1985, remain in effect to this day. Have you heard any of the conservative talk show hosts that think Reagan walked on water expose these agreements? Deception!

Joan Veon attends many U.N. meetings. She said in a March 20, 2003 Wisconsin Report that Reagan relied heavily on the tax-exempt Heritage Foundation, the “conservative” think tank used to bring in the foundational changes in the structure of government through privatization and Fabian Socialism. Many conservative talk show hosts also rely heavily on Heritage and are promoting the meeting that will be held after the November election in Washington, D.C. for elected officials. It’s founder, Paul Weyrich, also formed the Committee for the Survival of a Free Congress – both groups were instrumental in setting up U.N. Regional Government. [3] Then there was the now defunct 26-member Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations (ACIR) that had a branch in every state capitol and was yet another force behind the change to U.N. Metropolitan Regional government, which broke the power of the state. [Raed] The ACIR was a mail order legislative mill created by Congress in 1959 and approved by Republican President Eisenhower. It prepared legislation to advance policies of the very rich. And you thought all those laws were the ideas of your elected officials? Deception! Check out Joan’s website.

Now let’s move into the spiritual realm where the communist ACLU deceived Christians into believing we had “separation of church and state” while all along, the Bible was being changed to emasculate the basic tenets of Christianity. The stock market is now more important than the Scriptures. Billy Graham and his friends have long disregarded doctrine and subsequent acceptance of every aberration that goes by the name of Christian; necessary for the eventual unification of all religious thought. Therefore, opposition to deception in the Church is being stifled under the pretense that those who expose deceivers are sowing discord among brethren and hindering unity, when in actuality, they are just trying to warn others.[4] The Lord said in the last days even the elect would be deceived.

Matthew 24 warns about false teachers and false “Christs” and even Oprah and friends are teaching a Course in Miracles on the New Age Christ. This is more deception but only a few would dare call Oprah, the richest woman in the world, a deceiver. But people are flocking to her Course on the radio and her TV show has been waning in popularity, but is still the top rated talk show. Allegedly polls show 86% of Americans believe in God, but I ask, “Which god?”

Even Mel Gibson, the producer of The Passion of Christ was surprised that so many evangelicals were receptive to his movie. He said, “The film is so Marian” (Catholic) and even though the “Marian and Eucharist Theme” were intentionally interwoven into the film, the evangelical leaders wanting “unity,” encouraged their Protestant followers to attend the movie. Martin Luther must have turned over in his grave.

Recently the Vatican’s chief astronomer, Father Jose Gabriel Funes, said there is a certain possibility of intelligent life elsewhere in the universe and that such notion “doesn’t contradict our faith.” On May 21, 1992, Henry Kissinger, an adviser to many presidents said, “Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being, granted to them by their world government.” Deception.

Our Constitutional government and national sovereignty hang by a thread. The time could be approaching when the question will not be whether America can be saved but whether America is worth saving. Sodom and Gomorrah were not! We will not learn because we do not want to know. Visitors to Communist China questioning the false information they had given during the year of the great cultural revolution were told: “Yes, we deceived you, but you wanted to be deceived.” The goal of the Communists has always been encirclement of the United States and, ever so quietly, they are accomplishing that goal. Democrat President Carter gave them control of the Panama Canal. Democrat President Clinton arranged to make sure the Chinese got the Long Beach Naval Base on the west coast, just as he gave part of our beautiful Presidio to Mikhail Gorbachev’s Foundation. While Americans line China’s pockets by purchasing their goods, all the while helping to build up their military, we are basically buying the rope that will hang us! Ever so strategically, China is moving into a position to come against us. Mr. Clinton thought the U.S. and China would be part of a wonderful global alliance. Only in Clinton’s misguided and obviously confused dreams!

As many of you may know, I made a brief appearance in a recently released documentary, “Border” that was produced by Chris Burgard. I have also been interviewed on film for three more documentaries that are expected to be released in the next several months. As you would expect, these documentaries all deal with the immigration crisis that is confronting our nation today.

These documentaries are of critical importance because, as you no doubt have noticed, few “mainstream” news organizations refuse to discuss the immigration crisis honestly and openly- making this the new poster child for the “don’t ask, don’t tell” story. Indeed, this is also the case for the two Presidential candidates. If Al Gore thinks that global warming is an “Inconvenient Truth,” the reality is that the huge impact of illegal immigration is the real inconvenient truth because for decades members of both political parties have seen an advantage to not securing our nation’s borders. Traditionally the Democrats were seeking new voters because generally new citizens tend to vote for the candidates of the Democratic Party, which Republicans sought to provide a virtually limitless source of exploitable and hence cheap and compliant labor.

I met the young people who are producing this film a couple of years ago when I traveled to Farmers Branch, a small town outside of Dallas, Texas when the citizens of that community were preparing to vote on a referendum to punish those businesses in that town that hire illegal aliens. In fact, the brief segment of the trailer in which I talk about the fact that our nation cannot bring all of the world’s poor to America but that we need to work to improve living conditions around the world was taped during the debate at Farmers Branch in which I participated a few days before the residents of Farmers Branch voted on that referendum. (When the vote was tallied, the referendum was passed by a great majority of the voters!)

As you watch this trailer I want you to pay special attention to a brief interview with a young lady who talks about the issue of immigration benefit fraud. She notes a disturbing policy that exists at present at USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services), the agency that is charged with the responsibility of adjudicating applications for various immigration benefits including the granting of lawful immigrant status and the naturalization of aliens. She states under current procedures, ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) the DHS agency responsible for conducting investigations and enforcing the immigration laws from within the interior of the United States, is not contacted when adjudicators at USCIS uncover fraud in an application for an immigration benefit unless the alien’s file in question reflects that the alien had filed at least 6 applications for benefits that contain fraud!

I want you to stop and consider what this means. Of the 94 terrorists who were identified as operating in our country in the decade leading up to the attacks of September 11, 2001, 59 of those aliens committed immigration fraud to enter the United States and/or embed themselves in the United States after entering our nation.

Additionally, it is important to remember that according to the GAO, two years ago, USCIS claimed to have lost 111,000 immigration files relating to aliens seeking a wide variety of immigration benefits and that this dysfunctional agency then went ahead and adjudicated all of the applications without the relating files, including the files of 30,000 aliens who had applied to naturalize (become United States citizens)! Presumably among the other 80,000 lost files were aliens seeking Green Cards- that is to say, they had applied for lawful immigrant status which puts them on the path to United States citizenship!

You can read an extremely disturbing account of this disaster that appeared in “Government Executive Magazine.”

It is critically important to remember that USCIS would be the agency that would administer any Guest Worker Amnesty program including the disastrous “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” program that was introduced in the United States Senate last year and was defeated when We the People made so many phone calls to the Senate that the switchboard was overloaded and shut down! In part it is the historic ineptitude and incompetence consistently demonstrated by USCIS that prompted me to write a commentary for the Washington Times last year, concerning Comprehensive Immigration Reform in which I said that the name for that treacherous legislation should be changed to : “The Terrorist Assistance and Facilitation Act of 2007!”

It is also important to understand that as I stated in that trailer, as did several others, that while the situation for the illegal aliens who are exploited is outrageous, the solution is not to bring all of the world’s poor to the United States, but to encourage people all over the world to create better situations for themselves in their home countries. It would make no sense for me to attempt to adopt dozens of orphans living in an orphanage if I wanted to improve their situation. Well-intentioned as such an effort might be, living on a civil servant’s pension, such an approach would not only not improve the situation for the orphans, it would result in my family suffering as we inevitably bankrupted ourselves. Our nation, not unlike the average family, has limitations as our economy is demonstrating on a daily basis.

Our nation’s failures at securing its borders and creating an immigration system that possesses integrity is a major factor in a laundry list of critical issues including national security, criminal justice, the economy, the environment, health care and education to note the most pressing of those issues.

The United Nations has estimated that poverty throughout the world is so severe and pervasive that approximately one billion people don’t have access to safe drinking water!

It is imperative that our nation secures its borders and creates an immigration system that possesses meaningful integrity. This issue, as I have pointed out countless times is neither a Conservative issue nor is it a Liberal issue: This is simply an AMERICAN issue!

I was recently struck by a thought that in this new “Age of Terrorism” we – you and I – have been subjected to a form of terrorism that can best be described as “scientific terrorism.”

Of course, if a terrorist pulls a gun on innocent people and shoots them, or blows himself up in a crowded area and takes innocent lives, then he has clearly committed a terrorist act. The definition of terrorism itself is, I know, at once vaguer and more involved than that; however, it is enough for my purpose here to describe it in this way because such terrorists will have, if successful, deprived those individuals of their health and even lives.

With Diplomas, Not Guns

Consider, then, those persons who don’t use guns but instead diplomas, impressive titles, and computers to deprive us of our health and even our lives. For most people, these kinds of terrorists are hard to spot. They often wear suits and ties, sport enough degrees after their names to choke an elephant, and speak in serious and seemingly knowledgeable tones about science and health. And they can kill you just as dead as any trigger-happy terrorist hefting a box-cutter or an AK-47.

So where do we find these scientific terrorists? Unfortunately, they usually occupy positions of power and authority – in the medical community, in universities, and in government circles. And from these lofty bastions of dominion, they issue pronouncements that they expect most people to believe and act upon, starry-eyed and without looking beyond the superficial credentials and appearances. Regrettably, most people do.

For years, these Scientific Terrorists have been telling you:
To take drugs when they are either unnecessary or contraindicated;
To undergo surgery when either unnecessary or contraindicated;
To undergo radiation treatment when either unnecessary or contraindicated;
To undergo hospitalization when either unnecessary or contraindicated;
That pesticide and herbicide residues in your foods will not hurt you or your children;
That vitamin-and-mineral supplements are a waste of money and result in nothing more than expensive urine;
That organic and whole foods are unnecessary and a waste of money;
That expensive and costly regulations are necessary to protect your health; and
That you are incapable of making “complicated” health and safety decisions affecting you and your family’s health, which decisions are better left in the hands of the educated elite.

The Butcher’s Bill

But, as we know, these experts – who are supposedly so smart and capable – almost always get “it” wrong. And, worse, when they get it wrong, they do a spectacular job of it too. Although the data varies depending upon the source, just look at what the butcher’s bill comes to:
106,000 deaths annually, at a cost of $12 billion, from adverse drug reactions;
98,000 deaths annually, at a cost of $2 billion, from medical errors;
115,000 deaths annually, at a cost of $55 billion, from bedsores;
88,000 deaths annually from infections, at a cost of $5 billion, caused by medical intervention;
37,000 deaths annually, at a cost of $122 billion, from unnecessary medical procedures;
32,000 deaths annually, at a cost of $9 billion, from surgery-related medical intervention

The above figures do not include those outpatient deaths from medical intervention (some 199,000 annually at a cost of $77 billion), or the astounding figures from Dr. Lucien Leape’s 1997 study of medical and drug-error rates (3 million deaths annually, he reports!) (Leape LL, “Error in Medicine,” JAMA, 1994 Dec 21;272(23):1851-7).

On the more conservative end of the spectrum, even an expert panel from the Institute of Medicine (of the National Academy of Sciences) found that medical errors kill from 44,000 to 98,000 Americans each year. (British Medical Journal, 1999 December 11; 319(7224): 1519.

Medical errors in the United States alone cause more deaths annually than car crashes, AIDS, or breast and prostate cancer. This is equal to a 300-person jumbo jet crashing every single day of the year, day after day after day.

And They Are Still At It

These terrorists, though, are not just content with subjecting us to their brand of medieval medicine. They also seemingly want to make sure that we are vulnerable to diseases and medical problems, which in turn will require increased use of their medicines and hospitals. Why do I say this? Because every time that any of us use effective preventative measures to protect ourselves, they try to suppress them – through the media, through doctors, and, above all, through their coercive enforcement tool – the government.

And what are examples of this? Just consider the attempts of some “institutions” to limit the potency of dietary supplements, which are scientifically-proven disease preventatives. At the Codex level and in the European Union, the German Risk Assessment Institute (BfR) has put forth what it considers to be the maximum permitted upper levels of safe consumption of vitamin-and-mineral supplements. They caution, for instance, that no niacin supplements above 17 milligrams should be sold to consumers. Nor should Vitamin C tablets exceed 225 milligrams. For mineral supplements the BfR is equally strict: zinc tablets should not exceed 10 milligrams, nor should selenium capsules go above 70 milligrams each.

Given the overwhelming amount of evidence that exists showing not only the safety of such supplements but their efficacy, there can only be two reasons why they are trying to suppress these alternative means: Either they are (1) completely clueless, or (2) they are trying to keep us sick, or worse, kill us.

Of course, there are well-intentioned individuals in every such group. But for those who are engaging in these activities knowingly and with, as they say in law school, deliberate aforethought, these persons are terrorists in every sense of the word. And there is a very special place in hell reserved for them, I’m sure.

Fortunately, there are many of us working together to stop this form of scientific terrorism. The National Health Federation has been on its own anti-terrorist mission for years now throughout the World, but especially in the United States and at Codex. They may have the advantage of more money, but we have the advantage of something more important: We actually fight for Freedom, and for Life itself.

The old adage opines, “Only two things are certain in life: death and taxes.”

While the parameters governing death seem fairly well-defined, taxes are somewhat more ambiguous. Our system of taxation is labyrinthine and confusing, which is precisely the way that the welfare statist likes it. Americans are already busy enough dealing with the complexities of their daily lives and do not have the time to familiarize themselves with all of the vagaries of an increasingly socialistic tax system. Amid the cacophony of quotidian pressures, important details invariably elude public attention.

The inflation tax is one of the most significant cases in point. Haven’t heard of it? If so, don’t be too hard on yourself. Most Americans don’t even realize that an inflation tax exists.

You have the Federal Reserve to thank for this tax. Here is how it works. Whenever federal spending becomes exorbitant and directly taxing the American people is not an option, the federal government calls upon the Federal Reserve for help. In turn, the Federal Reserve creates money ex nihilo. That’s right. The Fed literally generates liquidity out of nothing.

It is a basic fact of economics that a good becomes less valuable when it is available in larger quantities. The same holds especially true for the dollar, which is essentially a fiat currency. After America was taken off the gold standard, the dollar ceased to be actual commodity money and was appropriated legitimacy as a currency only through the government’s “legal tender laws.” With no real commodity to support it, the dollar can be easily devalued.

As the Federal Reserve’s printing presses continue to run, the dollar becomes weaker and weaker. This truth is made painfully evident by the fact that Americans must pay more for goods and services. Herein lies the inflation tax and the Federal Reserve is the proverbial “taxman.”

The Federal Reserve is neither federal nor reserved. It is a private institution made up of unelected technocrats who are unaccountable to the American voter. And, don’t think that either presidential hopeful from the Republicans or Democrats will solve the problem. With the Fed in place, monetary policy has been divorced from fiscal policy. Until you change monetary policy, you change nothing.

Neither Barack Obama or John McCain have any intention of enacting monetary reforms. Instead, Obama is simply hoping to introduce an updated version of FDR’s socialistic New Deal. Moreover, Obama continues to support free trade, which has eviscerated America’s manufacturing sector and exported jobs overseas. Meanwhile, it is questionable as to whether or not McCain can even identify the problem. McCain’s economic illiteracy was made painfully apparent at a meeting with the Wall Street Journal editorial board, where he candidly confessed that he “doesn’t really understand economics.”

So, what is the solution? Well, a return to the gold standard might seem too radical to most economists today, although I would contend that radical measures are necessary to counter the Wiemar Republic-style hyperinflationary depression that is approaching. But, if returning to the gold standard is completely out of the question, what about legalizing competing forms of currency, including gold and silver? Certainly, competing currencies would weaken the Fed’s grip on America’s monetary system.

I am by no means the first person to recommend such a course of action. Other champions of monetary reform have been making the same recommendation since I was in grade school. Heck, none other than Alan Greenspan himself warned about the dangers of taking America off the gold standard. That was before he became the Fed chairman. Ah, the politics of compromise!

By the way, a central banking system was the fifth plank of the Communist Manifesto. The creation of the Federal Reserve in 1913 fulfilled this plank, which should tell you a little something about where we are headed as a nation. But, of course, I am just “red-baiting.” And, we can keep telling ourselves that while we continue to finance a burgeoning federal government by paying the inflation tax.

You Must Talk Face to Face with Your Congressional Politicians and You Can’t Take No, or Spin, for an Answer.

Read this comprehensive outline, and You will be enraged and motivated to act, by the “Uncontestable Truth” of a Comprehensive Treason, so ruthless, so destructive, so heartless that it has already resulted in the death or suffering of millions of Americans. A minimum effort on your part can stop this Bloodshed before you and your family are victims.

The Great Financial Meltdown as evidenced by Failure of the gigantic Bear Stearns financial empire would have caused “Immediate Economic Collapse Nationwide” if the Private Federal Reserve had not guaranteed their obligations which protected other financial corporations from losses caused by their own greed. This was a quick fix with taxpayer money, that further impoverished “We the People,” and did not solve the problems.

This was just another result of Uncontrolled Corruption, Greed and Treason on an Unprecedented Scale that also caused the loss of 75% of our manufacturing jobs and four to seven times as many jobs in the service industry. Millions of jobs that could not be exported were filled with exploited illegals and lower paid workers on H-1B Visas. As Collateral Damage, Millions of Americans were either Murdered, Killed, Raped, Robbed, or Molested by illegals allowed to enter and remain in this country for exploitation by corporations and support by taxpayers contrary to our Constitution and laws. There is no compensation for the millions of victims of illegals.

IF THIS IS NOT TREASON, WHAT IS?

All of this Treason has caused the value of our dollar (pensions, savings, IRAs, 401ks, etc) to decline 50% during this administration and now is in free fall causing prices of everything you need to skyrocket out of reach There will be food shortages. The free falling value of our dollar caused by government increased the cost of oil, which in turn caused price of food, fuel and everything else to increase out of the reach of many. Manipulation of production and marketing of food by governments has caused shortages that would not exist in a free market. This was caused by lowering interest rates to banks, government spending, including an estimated total of One Trillion Dollars of our money to bail out Bear Stearns, other banks and financial corporations this year alone. As part of this Perfect Storm of Treason you must add the 346 Billion Dollar annual cost to government of lower wage immigrant workers, both legal and illegal to support corporations (Reported by Edwin Rubinstein). Therefore, you have American taxpayers subsidizing corporations with 1 Trillion, 346 Billion dollars this year alone. In other words every American has been charged approximately $4,486 this year to subsidize corporations that steal our jobs and impoverish us. Add that to the national debt of $30,000 per person and you have real money. No wonder corporations are so generous to our politicians.

Our failed Welfare and Education Systems produce an unlimited supply of uneducated people for low paying jobs who will always cost us more than they contribute, just like the illegals.

Building on NAFTA, President Bush signed an Accord with Mexico and Canada on March 23, 2005 to institute the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America as an initial step toward their merger into a new nation called the North American Union. The Ultimate Objective is to replace the United States of America and our freedoms, with the North American Union and slavery, dominated by a Corporate One World Government. This is the real reason for gun control. Leaders of both Democrat and Republican Parties along with their corporate masters are guilty of a Bloody and Monstrous Betrayal of “We the People” second only to the one by Judas Iscariot.

This Great Tragedy is caused by ruthless, greedy and power mad Enemies of the People, Collectively, Descriptively and Accurately called the “Chain of Command for Treason” CCT which consists of the Wealthy Elites, and their Tax Free Foundations who own the media and control the Corporations that pay and rule the Government Traitors in both political parties. Corporations and foundations are being used as part of an anti-American Criminal Conspiracy. Marion Hammer, past president of NRA said “Unlike citizens, corporations are discretionary creations of government” and “don’t override the constitutional rights of law abiding citizens.”

When compared to the CCT, the Islamic Terrorists are a second class enemy who may kill a few million of us, but the CCT will destroy America and its financial ability for self defense

IT IS AN ABSOLUTE, OBSERVABLE FACT THAT LEADING PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES, LEADERS OF BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES, MANY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND THEIR ASSOCIATES IN THE CCT ACTIVELY ADVOCATE, PRACTICE AND SUPPORT TREASON RESULTING IN DEATH AND IMPOVERISHMENT OF AMERICANS FOR POWER, MONEY AND DESTRUCTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Our only viable choice now at the local level is to meet politicians in person, and elect those who have signed our written demands to serve “We the People” rather than leaders in the Chain of Command for Treason, CCT. There is one other more difficult option as reported by Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr. revitalizing “the militia of the several states.” Our Constitution stipulates that militia conforming to the Constitution is “essential to the security of a free state” and empowered and required by the constitution itself to “execute the laws of the Union.”

The Chain of Command for Treason in Action.

We are Forced to Pay for the Bullets used to Shoot Us.

Decent Americans find it difficult to believe that Presidential Candidates and leaders of Democrat and Republican Parties are part of the “Chain of Command for Treason” with no loyalty to any country or people. The CCT will continue to kill and destroy us like lab rats in their drive for international power and money. Both parties are promising to solve our unemployment, housing, medical care, food, education and other problems in ways that are simply Impossible and would Destroy us. At the same time they are making these promises they are doing the exact opposite by bringing in more workers on visas and refusing to deport illegals who take our jobs, and we must support them with our taxes while they kill and harm us. It is like we are being forced to pay for the bullets they use to shoot us. In 2008 national elections you can only vote for a communist or a fascist led government controlled by the CCT. I defy anyone to study actions, background and associates of the presidential candidates and leaders of both parties to prove me wrong.

You are losing your country and everything of value, possibly your very life, unless you face down your politicians in both parties at federal, state and local levels of government, in person, right now, and Demand that they work for “We the People” rather than for corporate payoffs. You must vote only for those who support “We the People” by signing our statement without changes, regardless of party, rather than the CCT. There is no time for excuses, your lazy cowardice now, or stupid belief in either party, will guarantee you a well deserved and impoverished future of slavery, or death and no one will be left to help you, just like it was in Nazi Germany.

If politicians don’t like the word treason, tough, that is how constitution defines present actions of CCT officials in government and corporations. We challenge the politicians to even try to defend their criminal actions. They have no defense, none, they can only lie, spin and call you names, many may see only the money and be ignorant of the whole truth.

It is very difficult to get people to accept the truth before it is too late when the facts are unknown to them, and frankly, so outrageous as to be unbelievable. Lower wages, loss of millions of jobs, skyrocketing prices, loss of pensions, growing food shortages, increased taxes to subsidize education and benefits for illegals, reduction of all benefits for Americans, and absolute refusal to protect Americans from death, pain and loss at hands of illegals are just a few of the reasons I use the word Treason. Things are so dangerous in Los Angeles and other sanctuary cities that it will take combat troops fighting house to house to take back these cities from the vicious gangs of illegals. Our rapid and increasing decline in standard of living, value of savings, IRAs, 401Ks, pensions, value of the dollar and freedom is caused by the Merciless Treason, Greed and Corruption of Government Officials, Corporations and their Masters in the CCT.

The American people would never tolerate this Treason if they knew the facts, but they do not, because corporate owned media refuses to report the truth in direct contradiction to the purpose for “Freedom of the Press” in our Constitution. Compare today’s reality of the “Great Financial Meltdown” with the daily lies for more than a year of, “No Problem” from our media and government right up to the day of Bear Stearns Failure. On April 21, 2008 all of the media reported on the New Orleans meeting of President Bush with leaders of Mexico and Canada, but refused to tell people that meeting was to again secretly promote consolidation of the three countries. Lou Dobbs of CNN reported the truth. Bye Bye USA by Treason. Contrary to the spin, NAFTA and other trade deals put millions out of work in all the countries involved, but were highly profitable to corporations and politicians (follow the money).

To know the outrageous truth, you must read and understand the broad scope of this Treason as presented here. Simply stated, the CCT continues to reduce us to poverty and slavery by stealing our hard earned resources and the sovereignty of this country that was bought with the blood of American Heroes. Their objective is unlimited profit and power by merging America with Mexico and Canada (North American Union, NAU) and then making us a part of a corporate run (One World Government) with the help of treaties and direction from their well funded, $39 million a year, shadow government known as the Council on Foreign Relations CFR (with support from the Trilateral Commission). As a result of agreements signed by Presidents Bush and Clinton your standard of living is declining every day and your job is in doubt, if you still have one. You should remember watching President Bush, Bush the Elder, President Clinton, Senator Reid, Representative Pelosi and all leading Presidential Candidates confirm their intentions on TV to continue supporting Amnesty, open borders and corporations who hire illegals and foreign workers on H-1B Visas rather than Americans and move more jobs overseas.

These politicians support Corporations and tax free foundations with no loyalty to America, and to hell with what 75% of Americans want or need. Corporations with help of politicians ( the CCT ),moved three fourths of our manufacturing to other countries costing us millions of manufacturing jobs and four to seven times as many service jobs using NAFTA and other trade deals so Corporations could profit from both cheap wages and selling often dangerous products back to us. When it was not possible to export our jobs they exploited millions of illegals by giving them our jobs and forcing Americans to subsidize them with taxes which increased their profits even more. Millions of lower paid employees were also brought in with visas to replace our most educated workers. Some greedy unions, churches and bishops even support illegals to increase their memberships.

The Privately owned Federal Reserve Bank and the CCT have been systematically stealing assets of the American people for decades using unconstitutional power, to the point that our government is bankrupt and our benefits and assets stolen. Our traitors in government now propose giving total control of our economy to the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank, which is privately owned by the financial elites, and directly responsible for our booms and busts, allowing them to better steal our assets and freedom.

This treason has also been greatly advanced by “Political Correctness” PC, which is a most powerful propaganda tool used to control people in support of socialist and CCT objectives. The academic community, as a working example of socialism has promulgated political correctness which has then been supported by the “naïve uninformed Feel Goods” and the corporate media. Political Correctness has given government the cover to ignore Constitutional Dictates and Reality to sacrifice American lives and welfare to:

1.) Give benefits and citizenship at birth to children of illegals contrary
to the Fourteenth Amendment.
2.) Protect invaders by refusing to use deadly force at the borders to protect the lives and well being of Americans as required by our Constitution.
3.) Refuse to deport illegals to protect Americans from death and poverty. Deportation, regardless of cost would save us billions of dollars and thousands of lives. Foreign born workers cost taxpayers 346 Billion dollars a year which is more than the government’s annual Fiscal Deficit.

Presidents Hoover and Eisenhower deported illegals and we must do the same.

This year may be our last best chance to use the “Rule of Law” to take back control of government by understanding facts and Demanding, Face to Face, that individual politicians of both parties agree to our prepared statement outlining facts and actions to be taken. No part of this statement is subject to negotiation or change, it contains only those Patriotic elements required to retain our Republic, and favors neither Democrat nor Republican politics. If politicians refuse to sign and comply without reservations or spin after you have presented the facts, you must have the courage to call them Traitors to their faces, politely, and defeat them, regardless of party by exposing their failure to sign the statement containing specifics in support of our Constitution and Country. No politician can long survive who publically refuses to accept key elements required to support “We the People” and our “Republic” rather than corporations.

Our objective is to peacefully take back our country using remaining constitutional rights before we lose them completely. If we lose our sovereignty, then lessons from history and dictates from our “Declaration of Independence” would predict a pyrrhic victory for “We the People” after a protracted bloodbath like the French Revolution, for many of the same reasons, or in plain English, if we don’t defeat them now many Americans will die and our country will be in ruins, but traitors in the CCT would all be dead. I would not mourn the death of these ruthless traitors, but I strongly object to the call for “Lock and Load” as long as we have sovereignty and they have not come for our weapons.

The logic then is dreadfully simple, the longer we have freedom, the more people will learn the truth and oppose them, so the CCT must quickly exercise their existing plans to take our sovereignty or lose everything, but then Americans would fight, and they would all die. This is a classic “Catch Twenty Two.”

When we take back our government by electing patriots sworn to serve “We the People” rather than the CCT, we will Fire, Impeach and Prosecute those in the Legislative, Judicial and Executive branches of government at all levels who refused to obey our Constitution and Laws. Judges at any level who take actions not based on our Constitution, or limit our Constitutional right to keep and bear arms as a deterrent to government tyranny as it now exists, will be impeached. We will also prosecute traitors not in government. This Treason by the CCT has resulted in either the Murder, Killing, Rape, Robbery, or Molestation of Millions of Americans by illegals and the impoverishment of additional millions by the CCT. Those who are guilty of treason for profit and power, or attempting usurpation of our sovereignty with a coup d’etat for a union with Mexico and Canada leading to a Despotic “One World Government” will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We will also institute a Constitutional Currency, end the Private Federal Reserve Bank and confiscate the Trillions of dollars stolen from the American people. We will stop all immigration, both legal and illegal for at least ten years and require visas for all visitors. Right now, it is impossible to get one Traitor in government to prosecute another Traitor. Leaders of BOTH political parties are part of the CCT and take orders from the same people. The CCT will support either a fascist or Communist dictatorship because they will control it.

While it is true that Leaders of BOTH parties have camouflaged, but identical objectives and take orders from the same people in the “Chain of Command for Treason” CCT, there are still politicians of BOTH parties who are, or could be Patriots.

I guarantee you that this effort is designed to defeat the CCT right now, with the people and resources available to us, unless the CCT quickly usurps our sovereignty using existing plans, in which case “We the People” would win a costly pyrrhic victory after a protracted bloodbath and much destruction.

Our rapid daily reduction in standard of living, freedom, personal and economic security caused by the CCT is a reality recognized by all but the brain dead.

Millions of Americans have already lost their pensions and jobs. If we don’t elect officials who work for “We the People” rather than Corporations, you will lose your Social Security, Medicare, Veterans Benefits and most entitlements in the not too distant future. This would result in extreme hardship forcing seniors to move in with their already hard pressed children and grandchildren. Millions of seniors would die without the benefits they had earned. Government has given our Social Security to illegals. Millions of veterans have already been denied earned VA medical care, and millions more are forced to pay co-pays which the administration again proposes to increase by 87% plus a fee of $750 a year. If government will deprive the military they need, what concern will they have for average citizens? At the same time we are suffering our government is spending one trillion dollars to bail out corporations and 346 billion dollars to subsidize illegals for benefit of corporations. These actions have caused the price of everything you need to live to rapidly increase out of your reach because it put value of the dollar into free fall. The dollar declined 50% during this administration, along with value of your IRA, 401k, Savings , pensions and most financial assets making it impossible for average Americans of any age to cope for very long. This is frightening news, but it is the well supported truth, with no evidence to contradict it. No one can give you the exact timing of events.

The CCT has proven their ruthlessness with the blood of innocent Americans on their hands, so we can expect deadly retribution for their loss of unlimited power and trillions of dollars when we defeat them. My prayer is that we will have defeated the traitors before they retaliate so we can report victory to those who passed before and sacrificed everything to secure our Republic. I could not face our Heroes and report that we lost the Republic, much less that we did nothing.

This treason was to intimidate law enforcement officers and encourage foreign nationals to circumvent the laws of our nation for the profit of corporations, while denying the American people their rights under the constitution to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Federal authorities continue to prosecute citizens for exercising their God given rights as in the case of David Olofson. The elites and their socialist dupes have been trying for many years to take away our God-given rights, as affirmed by the constitution, to keep and bear arms in order to protect ourselves and to discourage government tyranny, the likes of which we are witnessing today.

Government prosecutors are using their power and authority -under the cover of absolute immunity - to deprive American citizens of their Constitutional rights by ensnaring them with violations of unconstitutional laws and then denying them due process. We must reduce the absolute immunity granted to judges and prosecutors to no more than that granted to law enforcement officers.

Too many of our government officials act as though they are already an integral part of a Nazi Fascist and Corporate Socialist State. There can be no justice or freedom when prosecutors, judges and officials of both political parties - in all three branches and all levels of government and even unto presidents - support the destruction of America and the death and suffering of Americans to satisfy their own greed and power.

Judges refuse to instruct jurors, or allow others to tell them, that they have an absolute power superior to that of the judge or anyone to decide guilt or innocence and the application and fairness of the law at issue.

The power of Jury Nullification is our ultimate protection under the constitution against government tyranny, such as exists today. Judges refuse to advise juries of the authority they possess and the power of Jury Nullification, and in fact deliberately conceal this information so as to maintain the power that they have usurped from the people. Our activist judges ignore the constitution and too often their decisions are based upon individual discretion, preference, and outright caprice. Prosecutors and judges act in concert to make defense attorneys subservient to the court rather than to defendants.

I do not contend that all judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys are corrupt; however I am saying that none are honorable who refuse to speak out or strive to reform the system. Most poor Americans - and an increasing number of middle income citizens - realistically believe that they are deprived of a justice equal to that of the wealthy and the powerful. This reality can only end badly if not reformed quickly.

If we do not defeat these traitors in the Chain of Command for Treason we will lose what little remains of our Republic and we will die homeless, hungry and in pain as slaves in a One World Order ruled by the corporate elites. Visualize, if you will, the chaos and suffering that will ensue when Social Security, Medicare, Pensions, IRAs, 401Ks, Savings, Veteran’s benefits and other entitlements no longer exist, and the dollar has been deliberately destroyed by the actions of the leaders of both political parties. Bottom line, elites will own and control the world and the people will be slaves with nothing but their destitution, memories and hatred of the traitors who rule.

Both political parties are part of the “Chain of Command for Treason” and it is their demonstrated and publically proclaimed intent to continue stealing every resource we have until we are only destitute low wage slaves with no rights or benefits. Americans have already lost 50% of their financial assets during this administration alone which has gone into pockets of the Chain of Command for Treason.

Most Americans are unaware of these facts because their news comes almost totally from a corporate owned media that refuses to report anything, which does not support the greed, corruption and treason of their corporate owners. It is difficult to understand, but media employees are Liberals, their superiors are Marxist Socialists and they work for corporate Fascists.

Our founding fathers knew that corporate and business enterprises have no loyalty to any country. NAFTA and other trade agreements were designed to enhance the profits of international corporations by exploiting the citizens of all the countries subject to the treaty. This is a simple fact that anyone can see. International Corporations regardless of headquarter locations are the inherent enemies of the people in all countries unless they are very closely regulated, which they are not.

China produced dangerous products that were exactly as specified and ordered by their corporate customers; the blame lies with the corporations and our government.

Long established Economic laws, along with our Constitution dictate that it is in our best interest to promote American production by taxing all imported products to ensure that American products remain competitive with imports. This tax could replace the income tax as it did until 1913 as it would put the money into our government treasury rather than into pockets of international corporations while increasing wages and employment of Americans. The present application and expectations for free trade are a fairy tale and a criminal enterprise designed to delude the people while corporations rob them of everything of value. Commerce between nations has been going on for thousands of years and there is nothing new that requires all of the wealth and power be taken by a few as is now being done. The only proper course is to establish trade policies that benefit Only the American people and not corporations or other interests.

People should realize that we financed our government quite well without an income tax until 1913 when the Income Tax, Private Federal Reserve, and Tax Free Foundations became law allowing for the destruction of our country that is now taking place.

Also, when those in congress vote against English as our only language, support replacing American workers with foreign born workers, allow unconstitutional birth citizenship for children of illegals, give our Social Security to illegals, spend 346 billion dollars of taxpayer money every year on illegals to subsidize corporate slave labor, and repeatedly try to give illegals amnesty, then I know for certain that anyone in congress who supports these actions is a damn Traitor.

We cannot rely on the criminals in government to prosecute their criminal associates in the “Chain of Command for Treason.” Our only hope is to elect those to Congress who are aware of what is taking place and who have the courage to fight for their constituents and this nation by initiating and supporting proper legislation. Those in Congress must demonstrate an eagerness to impeach and convict those officials in all three branches of government who are in violation of the Constitution and Laws of the Republic. We cannot support further immigration at this time, either legal or illegal. If the next President, of either party, does not use the necessary force to stop all immigration within 60 days of possession of the office and start a mass deportation of illegal aliens and prosecute those who employee illegals, I will actively pursue impeachment and conviction of the President.

Combat troops will be required to liberate sanctuary cities, arrest criminal officials, deport illegals and protect our borders. Corruption of public officials, judges and prosecutors, especially in sanctuary areas is so pervasive that martial law and military courts will be required. Political Correctness is an insidious form of propaganda warfare promulgated by socialist faculty in colleges to undermine our values and cannot exist when brutal reality is required to protect the American people. Either the government does what is right, or at some point the American people in anger and frustration will do it, but with a lot of collateral damage.

Our Founding Fathers were concerned that a large standing army could be used by traitors in government to usurp sovereignty of the people. Based on their actions, our traitors in government are indeed planning to use the military and police to enslave us, but in this they are wrong, because our military and police are dedicated to the constitution and know an unlawful order when they see it. Remember the Nuremberg Trials.

This is a wakeup call to teachers in universities and public education, trust fund babies, college students and graduates, bishops and ministers of some churches, many government employees, wealthy elites and others who have never known what it means to really struggle or be deprived of the good life to which they think they are entitled. Their personal circumstances and education gave them a view of the world that never existed. Their ignorance of the real world has allowed them to become fellow travelers and dupes of the Chain of Command for Treason.

I fully expect the “Chain of Command for Treason” to do everything possible to discredit and destroy me and other likeminded Patriots, of both parties, who have the courage to fight them. Remember the enemies of our country have billions of dollars, own the media and control our government. They have demonstrated that nothing is so reprehensible that they will not do it. Their proven depravity has no limits; they are swimming in the blood of innocent Americans. I know that some politicians have taken orders from corporate criminals and accepted their money out of fear and greed, but I do not forgive them. You must know that these traitors in the CCT have allowed millions of Americans to be either Murdered, Killed, Raped, Robbed or Molested by illegals exploited for cheap slave labor by corporations.

From this moment forward, all Citizens of the United States of America must insist we be addressed in this very precise manner by media, academia and our politicians. Our treasured identity as Americans has been wrenched from us and diluted until it no longer holds the same significance. It is our responsibility to restore our precious identity once more.
The purpose of this article is to inform the Citizens of the United States of America that our sovereignty is in peril. Not everyone believes in the value or importance of our constitution. Some are in positions of authority and power and can and will do great harm to our nation if left unchecked.
The following statements are absolutely true. I have sourced my writing so that you can verify it for yourself. Once you read and explore the links, you will better understand the perilous circumstances our nation faces today.

Here is the simple truth:

All Peoples of the Western Hemisphere are now being called Americans by the elite power structure. In treaties, documents, declarations, speeches, media reports, government, academia, and non-governmental organizations.
All nations of the Hemisphere are called STATES in the Americas. The OAS or Organization of American States has a membership of 35 countries. The United States of America is a member of the OAS. In decisions of policy making the United States is one vote of 35. In most cases a vote of two-thirds of the members is all that is needed to move a declaration forward. The OAS is an agency of the United Nations and is authorized to act by the Summit of the Americas institution.
While people are talking about a North American Union conspiracy, they are missing the fact that a fully integrated hemisphere much like the European Union has already been formed. Treaties have been signed. Membership has been established. If you read nothing else, go down to the links at the bottom of this article and explore them. You will see that all that I have written will be confirmed there.
As a faithful Citizen of the United States of America and a USAF Veteran, I have lived my life with the absolute knowledge that as Americans we have a system of government, brilliantly conceived by our Founders, and guaranteed by our Constitution. In this context I set forth in search of answers to questions I had not been able to reconcile about the state of our domestic affairs today. What I have come to understand has shattered my sense of stability, shaken my respect for many American legislators, and destroyed belief I had in their integrity and honor in the protection of our national sovereignty. As a faithful American, I am infuriated!
If you have tried to speak with your Representative lately, you may have come away convinced your concerns have not been seriously considered. The politicos, who once courted your vote, and made the pretense of caring about you, now seem too preoccupied by other obligations to feign interest in your frustrations. With unprecedented arrogance, Citizens of the United States of America are being shown the door and given a deaf ear. It would seem our legislators have bigger fish to fry than to worry about the concern of the American Citizen.

They have. Much bigger fish!

A constant outcry can be heard from citizens who seem more baffled and frustrated daily by the lack of simple common sense measures that could be taken so easily to secure our country, prosperity and citizens. We know what needs to be done and we have made ourselves very clear time and again. And, yet nothing changes for the better. Things consistently change for the worse. One might even speculate the worsening condition of the American way of life is intentional. But, why would that be desirable and who benefits?
If you correctly surmise your best interests are no longer being served by many in government sworn to protect and your well being is no longer their first priority, it is because the Citizen of the United States of America and the United States Constitution are no longer a real factor in the grand scheme of things.
With a heavy heart and an outraged spirit I pass on to you information I have discovered, substantiating all I am about to share with you. I believe every Citizen of the United States of America has a right to know the truth.
Time is of the essence. While we were dutifully serving our country in her defense, educating ourselves to prosper, raising our young ones to say the Pledge of Allegiance with pride and certainty, ‘Grand Schemers’ have been formulating the foundation for treachery against the U.S.A. In the ‘Grand Scheme’, our constitution is outdated, outmoded, and an unnecessary hindrance.

Confident that the true significance of American solidarity and good neighborliness can only mean the consolidation on this continent, The Organization of American States, in order to put into practice the principles on which it is founded and to fulfill its regional obligations under the Charter of the United Nations.
There is a reason for our economic meltdown and the resultant deterioration of our middle class. Our jobs are being exported to every third world country on the planet enriching them, draining our treasure and dissolving our manufacturing capabilities at an astounding and terrifying rate. We are accepting dangerous and substandard goods from third world economies breaking the back of U.S. corporations who cannot compete with unfair trading policies and practices. OAS trading agreements favor poorer nations. This practice is a redistribution of wealth and it is very intentional.

Article 34

The Member States agree that equality of opportunity, the elimination of extreme poverty, equitable distribution of wealth and income and the full participation of their peoples in decisions relating to their own development are, among others, basic objectives of integral development. To achieve them, they likewise agree to devote their utmost efforts to accomplishing the following basic goals:

The Member States reaffirm the principle that when the more developed countries grant concessions in international trade agreements that lower or eliminate tariffs or other barriers to foreign trade so that they benefit the lessdeveloped countries, they should not expect reciprocal concessions from those countries that are incompatible with their economic development, financial, and trade needs.
There is a reason Citizens of the United States of America are treated with a heavy hand under our rule of law, while encroachers, marauders, and infiltrators pour over our borders, from unknown destinations, at an alarming rate. Americans, burdened with intrusive laws that strain the limits of sovereignty, are at the same time being forced to dodge drunken, unlicensed, unregistered, illegal aliens on our roadways, fight for jobs at depressed wages and spend fortunes trying to restore credit when personal identity has been stolen.
There is a reason every effort is being made to give voting rights to foreign nationals. An assortment of organizations with agendas will work to break the spine of a small town like Hazelton Pa. with a league of lawyers and unlimited funds. Safe Havens are being established in our towns and cities giving privileges and tax dollars to unidentified, sometimes dangerous unknown foreign nationals. Illegal aliens feel entitled to protest in our nation, flying the flags of their homelands above our up-ended American Flag in a statement of dominance. Americans are dying on American soil, every day at the hands of illegal aliens and yet we are unrepresented in our grief, our confusion and our rage.

No people may be renamed, relocated, or assimilated into another culture without such initiatives emanating from collective decisions taken within the communities themselves in the free exercise of their civil and political rights, without prejudice to all human rights enshrined in national and international laws.

There is a reason we are giving billions in foreign aid to impoverished countries while American families struggle to hold onto our homes and parents struggle to keep jobs to preserve any potential for a secure future for their children.

The Member States agree that technical and financial cooperation that seeks to promote regional economic integration should be based on the principle of harmonious, balanced, and efficient development, with particular attention to the relatively less-developed countries
There is a reason dangerous Mexican trucks are on our roads despite the best efforts of a few in our Congress to stop them. Despite the outcry of truckers already burdened by excessive gas prices and despite the cries of citizens, afraid for their safety on the roads.
There is a reason our lands are being confiscated by eminent domain for the building of infrastructure, benefiting everyone but the American citizen. Foreign entities without a stake in the well being of Americans are becoming enriched while we are being ripped from our homes in a heart wrenching, ruthless manner

Article 42

The Member States recognize that integration of the developing countries of the Hemisphere is one of the objectives of the inter-American system and, therefore, shall orient their efforts and take the necessary measures to accelerate the integration process, with a view to establishing a Latin American common market in the shortest possible time.
There is a reason words like ‘xenophobia’, ‘racist’ and ‘intolerance’ are thrown around with such ease, marking and silencing the accused with an overused hate label. There is a reason groups remaining unassimilated, balkanize our fracturing nation by gathering in large numbers to lobby our American lawmakers as Americans struggle to protect our culture never fully understanding the forces gathering against us. Anyone concerned with national sovereignty and unsecured borders is an obstacle to the integration of the hemisphere and is contrary to the thinking of the integration minded.

The spiritual unity of the continent is based on respect for the cultural values of the American countries and requires their close cooperation for the high purposes of civilization;
There is a reason our hospitals are closing from exhausted finances after being forced to care for those who came without invitation and stay without welcome. Our schools are overcrowded and falling apart and our children have no understanding of the basic principles of our Constitution and the history of America.
Education has become so agenda driven, dangerous, and devoid of content that children drop out in utter hopelessness and desperation. The OAS plan is for a Universal Health Care plan and a Universal Educational Program.

Citizens of the United States of America, My brothers and sisters:

Reasons do exist for the intended demise of our sovereign nation. The answer for this is the unanticipated pride and patriotism of the Citizen of the United States of America.
Bringing an end to the era of silence and complacency, Americans can and must keep our country strong and sovereign under the Constitution of the United States as intended. We must gather the strength of the Founding Fathers to take back what rightfully belongs to every citizen.
While we have been betrayed by some in our government, it is important to note that there are also those who have fought against this tide of national destruction. They have been honest and faithful in their service but their voices have often been silenced and ridiculed. They must have our support. The fact that we have not yet lost our nation is a testimony to their efforts.
We must make very clear to those in government, in no uncertain terms, if they do not represent and, at all times, work for the good of the Citizen of the United States of America then we will identify them without exception and remove them from office.
Globalists have forgotten the pride and deeply patriotic spirit of the Citizen of the United States of America when united in resolve. So sure are they of our people’s weakness and complacency they have not anticipated our strength and they have mistaken our silence for acceptance and that is to their detriment.
We must reassert our Authority as Citizens of the United States of America by insisting on input and demanding oversight. Accountability and vigilance must be restored.
The next time you listen to a politician, the media, big business or academia, Remember the facts listed below and listen in this context. You will hear a very different message.
All Peoples of the Western Hemisphere are now being called Americans.
All nations of the Hemisphere are called STATES in the Americas. The distinction of ‘Nation States’ is not made.
The United States of America is ONE state of thirty-five in the Organization of American States.
Politicians, big business, media, academia and agenda driven organizations are not speaking exclusively to the Citizens of the United States of America, or our Nation. They are speaking to the peoples of the Americas in the whole of the Western Hemisphere.
They know when they say Americans and America that we assume that they mean the Citizens of the United States of America and the Nation of the United States of America but we are incorrect in that assumption and they have done nothing to correct this misunderstanding for their own purposes.
When you have seen the Legislation, Plans of Actions, Declarations and Treaties, you will see the foundations that they are laying to combine us into a conglomerate of homogenized peoples with allegiance only to their Grand Scheme…that of a single democratic hemispheric unit. Do not take my word for this. The links at the bottom of the page will take you right to the documents and plans.
This framework they have worked so diligently to build may seem insurmountable; I assure you it is not. It is a house built on a foundation of sand and therefore it can be eroded. We still have a constitution as of the writing of this article and that is the only true law of our land, just as it was intended to be.

I humbly ask that you pass this information via this article to everyone and anyone you can. Leave no Citizen of the United States of America uninformed. I have only begun to share what I have learned. I will continue in my efforts to expose this power structure that has our national sovereignty by the throat.
My hope is, knowledge being power, this information can help to heal the wounds of our nation.
